Digital twins of traffic areas and systems, with support for simulations

Advanced tools for validation and certification of C-ITS systems are made available through the use of digital twins, which simulate vehicular traffic in urban, suburban and highway settings. These tools allow C-ITS solutions to be tested in realistic scenarios, improving the performance and safety of the systems. Also included is the provision of a Decision Support System (DSS) for the electric charging infrastructure, optimizing resource management and planning for a more efficient and sustainable charging network.
