“Project development: Advisory” consists of an advisory service for structuring a project proposal dedicated to companies interested in participating in a specific topic identified under the European Commission’s Research and Innovation Calls. The TRUE service, similarly, is consequent to the provision of the mapping service but can also be considered independent of other services.
The service provides technological, industrial and financial advice on how to organize and submit an R&I project proposal based on the rules and criteria of the European Commission; support in the preparation of the workplan and information for the drafting of the proposal; assistance in defining the Business model, in the preparation of the prospective Business plan of the Project, in the definition of the budget and in the preparation of the Financial Plan of the entire project and/or detailed ones of the partners, starting from a draft of the client. The service is completed with support in the definition of the IPR (Background and Foreground Knowledge) management plan and the review of the project proposal.
In the case of collaborative projects, assistance in partnership formation is provided, i.e., advice on the practice of structuring partnerships for participation in a program through a project and how to search for partners.
