The “Project development: Advisory” is a consultancy service for structuring a project proposal dedicated to companies interested in participating in a specific topic identified within the European Commission’s Calls for Research and Innovation. The service is typically provided after the mapping service but can also be considered independent from other services. It includes technological, industrial, and financial consultancy on how to organize and present an R&I project proposal based on the rules and criteria of the European Commission; support in preparing the work plan and information for proposal drafting; assistance in defining the Business model, preparing the prospective Business plan of the Project, defining the budget, and preparing the Financial Plan of the entire project and/or detailed plans of partners, starting from a draft provided by the client. The service also includes support in defining the IPR management plan (Background and Foreground Knowledge) and reviewing the project proposal. In the case of collaborative projects, assistance is provided in forming a partnership, including consultancy on partnership structuring practices for participation in a program through a project and methods for finding partners.
